The Macedon Fire Brigade is a volunteer organisation responsible for the prevention and suppression of fire and assistance during other emergencies. This brigade is responsible for the residential, industrial and rural areas of xxxxx.

Our brigade is made up of approximately 35 members from various walks of life which include tradespeople and professionals. The Brigade Management Team consists of officers who are elected by the brigade members every two years, and a Brigade Support Officer who is appointed by the Country Fire Authority (CFA).

Macedon Fire Brigade is a member of the xxxx Brigades Group, which comprises eight brigades who regularly provide operational support to one another. The xxxx Group consists of xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, xzxzxx, xxxx fire brigades.
